For translation services, we favor pricing by the word. It is the most commonly utilized method in the translation industry and more accurately reflects the value of the services provided. It also allows a clear agreement between the agency and the client on project pricing.

Our individual rates vary according to the language combination, complexity, format, size, and timeliness requested. We can provide you with a free and confidential estimate - tailored to your needs for translation, editing, proofreading, adaptation, and typing. Simply send us your document(s) and we will respond within (24) hours.* 

Standard Rates

(these rates are for reference only; actual pricing may vary according to the factors listed above)

Translation
$0.04 - $0.10/word

Editing, proofreading, and adaptation
$0.02 - $0.06/word       

For example: 

• English into French or French into English, translation of a 5,000-word marketing document: $0.06-$0.08/word. 

• English into French, large translation project (i.e., more than 50,000 words) in common language (marketing, development, . . .): $0.04-$0.06/word, depending on the deadline. 

• English into German, translation of a 10,000-word document: $0.06-$0.08/word. 

• English into Spanish, translation of a 2,000-word document: $0.06-$0.08/word. 
  
  *Additional Charges may apply: 
  MS PowerPoint presentations: 20% surcharge. 
  A rush charge of up to 30% may be applied for unusually fast turnaround requests and for weekend work. 

Payment:

Once an advance partial payment is made, the remaining will be settled upon final delivery of the product. For clients with proven good credit or a good payment history, we can bill monthly in arrears. For long term projects a monthly invoice will be issued according to the delivered tasks.
